    Answer: 2700x900mm;

  • 2.ASK: What material can you make tool for ?

    Answer: Carbon steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, SECC, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastic, rubber, FPC(flexible printed circuit) etc.

  • 3.ASK: What is the maximum thickness of material that you can make tool for ?

    Answer : 5mm;

  • 4.ASK: What software do you use ?

    Answer: Auto CAD, Solidworks, ProE , MasterCAM;

  • 5.ASK: How many tool designers do you have ?

    Answer: We have 6 tool designers.

  • 6.ASK: What tool steel do you use ?

    Answer: D2, SKD11, 1.2379，ASP-23, Cr12MoV etc..

  • 7.ASK: What’s your lead time for the tools ?

    Answer: It depends. For metal tools, 20~60 days; For FPC punching tool, 4~12 days.

  • 8.ASK: How many tools do you make per month ?

    Answer:For metal tools: 30~50 sets; For FPC punching tool: 80~140 sets.

  • 9.ASK: What’s your biggest press machine ?

    Answer: 250 Tons;

  • 10.ASK: Can you do progressive stamping?

    Answer:Yes. We have automatic feeder and straightener.

  • 11.ASK:What is the biggest sheet you can handle for CNC metal fabrication ?

    Answer: Our CNC turret press can handle metal sheets up to 1250x2500mm;
